The Basics

14 days to return any item for a full refund. No complicated rules, no hassle.

How to Return

Step 1 – Email us at support@stripegolf.se with your order number.

Step 2 – We’ll send you a return shipping label.

Step 3 – Pack the item and drop it off at any postal point.

Step 4 – Refund processed within 5-7 days of receiving your return.

That’s it. Simple.

Return Conditions

Items should be:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • In original packaging
  • Returned within 14 days of delivery

Refunds

Refunds go back to your original payment method. Allow 5-7 business days for processing, plus a few extra days for your bank to update.

Exchanges

Want a different size or color? Email us at returns@stripegolf.eu and we’ll arrange it. We ship your new item as soon as we receive your return.

Tip: For the fastest exchange, place a new order and return the original for a refund.

Damaged or Defective Items

Received something damaged or faulty? Contact us immediately at support@stripegolf.se with photos. We’ll send a replacement or refund at no cost to you – including return shipping.

Return Shipping Costs

EU orders over €100 – Free return shipping.
All other orders – Return shipping is your responsibility. We recommend using a tracked service.
Damaged/defective items – We always cover return shipping.
