Terms of Sales
Below terms is applied to you as a customer at Stripe golf.
Orders:
All orders for products from Stripe Golf are subject to availability and acceptance by Stripe Golf.
Payment:
Stripe Golf accepts major credit cards and PayPal for payment. Orders will not be processed until payment is received in full.
Shipping:
Stripe Golf ships to addresses within the United States and Canada. Shipping costs will be added to the order total and are based on the shipping destination, weight, and size of the products.
Returns:
Stripe Golf accepts returns within 14 days of purchase, provided the product is in its original condition and packaging. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Warranty:
Stripe Golf provides a 3 months warranty on all products against defects in materials and workmanship.
Limitation of Liability:
Stripe Golf shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the sale or use of the products.
Governing Law:
These terms of sale shall be governed by the laws in Sweden, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Changes to Terms:
Stripe Golf reserves the right to change these terms of sale at any time, without notice.
Payment options
Credit- / Debit Card
Payments is secure and sage together with Visa, Mastercard/Eurocard and American Express. No transactions fees will be added. No credit- / debit card details is stored at Stripe Golf. Card payments is handled through STRIPE who are certified and guarantees fast and safe payments.
Klarna
Together with Klarna we can offer invoice payment, split payments and direct bank transfer. More terms and conditions on each payment option is described below.
Buy now. Pay later.
When you pay via Klarna invoice, you shop safely and easily. You never have to provide your card details, and always pay after you have received your order. Payment against Klarna invoice with a 14-day payment period from the invoice date. No invoice fee will be added. The invoice will be sent to you by e-mail in conjunction with the order being shipped from our warehouse. A reminder fee will be added in the event of non-payment. If you have made a purchase over 60 SEK, a reminder fee of 60 SEK will be added. When you choose the invoice option, Klarna takes over the right to receive payment and your payment of the invoice is thus paid to Klarna.
Pay in instalments
This is the payment method for those who want to split their payment over a short period. In addition to always receiving your items before you pay, you collect all your purchases in one account. This also applies if you have made purchases from several different stores via your Klarna account. This means that you will receive a single invoice, regardless of the number of purchases.
Shipping
In Sweden, we offer free shipping to a postal office if you order goods for more than 800 SEK. Orders under 800 SEK within Sweden are shipped at cost with BudBee, PostNord or DHL.
For international orders, free shipping is availible with DHL if the order exceeds EUR150. Orders below EUR150 are shipped for smal fee with BudBee, PostNord or DHL.
Delivery time
With Budbee, we offer same-day delivery on orders placed before 2:00 PM within the Stockholm area to a delivery box. Delivery time is usually between 1-5 business days within Sweden and depends on the choice of carrier. Orders placed before 2:00 PM on weekdays are shipped the same day.
For International orders, the general estimated time to delivery is between 2-9 days depending carrier and country of destination.
Returns and Exchanges Right of Cancellation
As a consumer, according to law, you have the right to cancel your purchase within a period of 14 days from the time you receive the item. You have the right to open the packaging at no cost and check that the product works. However, as a consumer, you are responsible for any decrease in value of the products, including the original packaging, that is due to handling beyond what is required to determine the nature, characteristics, and function of the product. To exercise your right of cancellation, send an email to order@stripegolf.se and attach the consumer agency’s cancellation form, which you can find here. Once you have notified us that you wish to exercise your right of cancellation, you have 14 days to return the item.
14-Day Open Purchase
You have full return rights within 14 days of receiving the item. You can choose to exchange it for another item or get a refund. If you want to send back your return, please send an email to retur@stripegolf.se The return shipping costs 49 SEK and that amount will be deducted from the value of the item when we return the money to you. An item being returned must be unused and packaged in its original packaging. The shipment must be well packed and keep in mind that you, as the customer, are responsible for the return, so saving the receipt from the postal office is a good idea. It is not allowed to put a shipping label directly on the original packaging, such as gloves or balls, as it will then be damaged and we cannot accept the return.
Refund for Card Purchases
As soon as your return reaches us and we have processed it, the card issuer will be contacted for a credit of the relevant amount. The money will be refunded to the same account within a few days. You will receive an email from us as soon as our returns department has processed your return.

Terms and Conditions Order Confirmation
When you complete your purchase, an order confirmation will be sent to your email. If you do not receive an order confirmation on the same day you placed your order, please contact us, as this may mean that you have entered the wrong email address. A confirmation will be sent via email when your items are packed.
Personal Information
A customer number is obtained at the first purchase. Your provided information (personal number, name, address, phone, etc.) is stored in the Stripe golf customer database. The information is protected according to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and is never disclosed to third parties. Your information is only used by Stripe golf Sweden to facilitate our customer contact.

Packages not retrieved
If a package is delivered to a shipping agent and that you have not retrieved the package, it will be sent back to us after X days. If we receive a package that has not been redeemed from the post office, Stripe golf reserves the right to charge the cost of return shipping, expeditions fee and handling costs. Unredeemed packages are not subject to the right of withdrawal.
Complaints
If a delivered item is incorrect or damaged, you can make a complaint. To file a complaint about a order, send an email to reklamation@stripegolf.se. Our customer service will get back to you for further action in the matter. The warranty does not cover transportation costs. In case of dispute, we follow the decisions of the General Complaints Board.
Miscellaneous
We follow the Consumer Agency’s rules of Sweden for e-commerce and returns. You must be over 15 years of age to shop with us. All prices include VAT. We reserve the right to final sale and for any price and correction errors. Due to technical reasons, the colors on the website may differ slightly from reality.
